Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide
It is important to upgrade your items in order to maximize your gearing capabilities. It lets you add bonus stats onto the base value of your item.
Each upgrade template comes with several options that can be set up using the edition GUI. These options include upgrading reference and the possibility of upgrading.
Upgrade components
As part of the 2.0 update the upgrade system for the armor and weapons in Cyberpunk has been improved. Upgrade components are available throughout Night City, and the item you wish to upgrade must have an upgrade slot available. The game will show a preview of the item's expected stats after upgrading. It will also show the component or material required. If you don't have the required level or resource to upgrade an item the button will read "Blocked."
Weapons and armor can be upgraded along with some trinkets and gathering tools. The upgrade slots on each of these are filled with various upgrades that provide attribute bonuses or extra effects while the equipment is in use. These upgrades can be obtained through crafting, bought from a vendor, or taken from the loot.
There are two kinds of upgrades of gemstones and universal upgrades. Universal upgrades are comparable to gems and can be utilized in any equipment. They offer a lower bonus than other upgrade components. They are easy to acquire, as they are dropped by enemies and looted across the globe. Gems can be found by disassembling items or by doing specific tasks.
Upgrades can be replaced by new upgrades in a weapon's upgrade slot, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade. Other upgrades, excluding for glyphs that are placed in gathering tools, cannot be removed from an item after they are placed. Infusions can be put into legendary or advanced equipment. Enrichments can only be retrieved using a high-tier salvaging kit or upgrade extractor.
Recycled items
In the two recent world wars, a shortage of natural resources pushed the world to adopt recycling. Recycling items like aluminum or plastic, as well as paper is commonplace. They get a new lease on life. Recycling actually conserves energy and stops carbon dioxide from escaping into the atmosphere. Recycling is a great way of avoiding landfills and conserving natural resources. It is essential to know what items can be reused.
Many people make the error of putting the wrong items in the recycling bin. These items can not only harm recycling equipment, but can also contaminate the stream. To avoid this, check the label and follow the guidelines of your recycling program. Cardboard should never be mixed with steel or tin cans. Tissue must also be thrown away. Plastic bags can also become entangled in recycling machinery and should be taken to the grocery store to be reused. Other items that should be thrown in the trash include berry containers and food containers. The only exception to this rule is glass which can be used to build with.
When purchasing new items It is essential to search for the mark "Made with recycled content." This indicates that the item is made of recycled materials from products that have already served their purpose. This makes them an environmentally friendly option than brand new items made from virgin materials. Besides they are much less expensive than the original ones.
Whether it's your old tablet, phone or computer, you can recycle these items by bringing them to an recycling center. They'll reuse the materials to create new electronic devices and other useful products. Some of these companies will even pay you money for returning your old products.
If you want your coworkers' recycling to be easier, standardize the colors of the bins and signs at your workplace. This will help reduce confusion and increase participation rates. It is also recommended to create the space in your office to recycle like an open bin or box that is located in the breakroom.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens let you roll the dice for better stats and cool powers. They can be found in the mystery box or as rare drops from bosses or monsters with skulls. Each token takes one attribute point from damage, and randomly transforms it into the new attribute. You can also make use of the token to reroll the additional attributes on an item, like regeneration or speed.
The amount of additional items that are added to an item is different with each level. The value of an extra is calculated as a percentage of the total stats of the item and rerolling a token will alter this value. In addition, the recycle value also increases with every upgrade. The value of the item's primary stat increases by a factor of 3 every time it's upgraded, however the value of the additional stats will vary.
Click the dice icon in front of the item in your inventory to roll it again. Alternately, you can press the button in another lobby of a player and choose "Reroll". After you have rerolled the item, it will be removed from your collection.
You can buy rerolls and other in-game items from Sagbe which is an in-game Token Shop trader. The redemption of active codes will enable you to earn free rerolls in Fire Force Online. These codes can be used for a variety of items, including Reroll Tokens or Clan Reroll Tokens.
These rerolls are useful in the beginning of the game, when you need to build your inventory and dungeon equipment. However, they are not the best way to boost your character's stats. Instead, you should concentrate on increasing your skill points. You can also earn bonus points for completing event levels.

You can also reroll your character's race with the race reroll token that can be purchased from the Zen Market. This token can be redeemed through specific pack purchases or through the Token Shop. It lets you change your character's race only once. It can also be obtained as a reward for completing Meg's cases in the Port Sarim Invasion event.
Leveling
The process of leveling an item during an upgrade process boosts its stats and Power Level. It also increases the cost and amount of materials required to complete the upgrade process. The type of material required depends on the item. Weapons, for instance make use of a combination of Destruction Stones (DS) and Guardian Stones. Armor is made up of Harmony Leapstones, Shards and other materials. Incorporating additional materials into the process can boost the likelihood of success, but this isn't an assurance.
The leveling process is calculated using an algorithm that determines the amount of damage and magic attack (magic weapons) and defense an upgraded item will receive at the next level of upgrade. The formulas differ based on weapon type and rarity. In addition, there is a maximum level for each type of weapon.
The NPC will display an Upgrade option when the item reaches its maximum level. This will allow players to upgrade the item to the next level by infusing it with experience. To maximize the effectiveness of the benefits of this process, players must ensure that their gear is leveled prior to attempting an upgrade. They will save time and money by not wasting materials or experience that could have been used for other upgrades.
The NPC will show two lines when the upgrade is underway. item upgrades shows the number of Tech Points the upgrade will offer, while the other shows a preview of what the item will look like when it reaches its upgraded state. The preview may not be exact for items that have modifications, but it will still give a rough idea of what you can expect.
The NPC will also display the cost of upgrading the item. This will include the cost of Technology Points, if applicable. If you have an Accelerator, it will include the cost. item upgrades can be bought through the Exchange and can increase the amount of Tech Points gained through an upgrade by 50%. This bonus is not applicable to the chance of a product's quality, which resets once the item is at the mark level.
The Upgrade NPC offers a service for transfer of gear. This will allow players to save the experience and upgrade progress from an item of gear and transfer it to a different item in the same slot. This is useful for players who wish to swap out their gear, but don't have enough currency to buy a brand new set.
